We do our best to ensure orders upto 25 kilos to be delivered within The UK by courier on a next day service for £6.65 with the exception of Northern Ireland, when order will be delivered on 3-4 days service. (£6.65) Please note all shipping rates include VAT.
For any orders that could weigh upto and/or over 25 Kilos, or larger orders of multiple items that could weigh over 25 kilos in total, please contact Pet Works to confirm delivery charges before completing your order.
The delivery service is subject to stock availability and the time your order is placed on the web shop. The average delivery times apply once your order has been dispatched, but please bear in mind that our offices and despatch operate from Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm only, so therefore orders placed over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday (excluding Bank holiday Mondays ).
